1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing HEXA FLUX: Tactile Sort ("the Game") on iOS, Android, or Web (`https://hexa.sptmedya.com`), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

2. Limited License

SPT Medya / Strong Partners Trading Ltd. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Virtual Items, Credits & HEXA PRO PASS

The Game includes virtual credits (Gold), boosters (Magnet, Undo, Shuffle, +1 Slot), hardware skins (HX-I through HX-IV), and an optional HEXA PRO PASS upgrade.
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash outside the Game.
All purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play are final and subject to the respective platform's refund policies. You may restore non-consumable purchases (such as HEXA PRO PASS) via the in-game "Restore Purchases" button.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, procedural PCM audio synthesis algorithms (`TactileSoundEngine`), level generation architectures, industrial UI layouts, and visual assets in HEXA FLUX: Tactile Sort are the exclusive property of SPT Medya / Strong Partners Trading Ltd. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized redistribution of the Game APK/IPA is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SPT Medya / Strong Partners Trading Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

1. Koşulların Kabulü

HEXA FLUX: Tactile Sort ("Oyun") uygulamasını iOS, Android veya Web (`https://hexa.sptmedya.com`) üzerinden indirerek veya oynayarak işbu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

2. Sınırlı Kullanım Lisansı

SPT Medya / Strong Partners Trading Ltd., size Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kendi cihazlarınızda kullanmanız için münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir sınırlı bir lisans verir.

3. Sanal Öğeler, Altınlar ve HEXA PRO PASS

Oyun içerisinde kazanılan veya satın alınan altınlar, güçlendiriciler (Mıknatıs, Geri Al, Karıştır, +1 Yuva), donanım kasası temaları ve HEXA PRO PASS yükseltmesi yalnızca oyun içi kullanım içindir; gerçek paraya çevrilemez.
Uygulama içi satın almalar Apple App Store ve Google Play ödeme kurallarına tabidir. "Satın Almaları Geri Yükle" seçeneği ile HEXA PRO PASS haklarınızı yeni cihazınıza aktarabilirsiniz.

4. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

HEXA FLUX: Tactile Sort içerisindeki tüm yazılım kodları, gerçek zamanlı PCM ses sentezleme algoritmaları (`TactileSoundEngine`), seviye tasarımları ve endüstriyel arayüz grafikleri SPT Medya / Strong Partners Trading Ltd. mülkiyetindedir.
