Hardware Guide & Troubleshooting
How do I clear a multi-layer module?
Tap exposed hexagonal bolts to unscrew them. If a bolt matches the color of one of the 2 Active Solenoid Trays at the top, it flies directly into the tray. Once a tray collects 3/3 matching bolts, it locks shut and spawns the next color tray. When all bolts pinning an aluminum plate are removed, the plate drops off via gravity!
Why does a bolt buzz red when I tap it?
Bolts on lower layers (e.g., L0 or L1) that are physically covered by a higher-layer translucent plate (L1 or L2) are mechanically locked. Unbolt and drop the upper plate first to expose the lower bolts.
What happens when the 5 Buffer Matrix slots fill up?
Unscrewing a bolt that does not match either active tray places it in your 5-slot Buffer Matrix. Whenever a new color tray opens, matching buffered bolts automatically magnetize into it. If all 5 slots fill up, you can use Undo, Magnet, +1 Slot, or Revive to continue.
How do I restore my HEXA PRO PASS purchase on a new phone?
