1. Overview & Zero Personal Data Harvesting

HEXA FLUX: Tactile Sort ("the Game") is developed and published by SPT Medya / Strong Partners Trading Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). We designed KLICK on a strict privacy-first principle: you do not need to create an account, enter your name, email address, phone number, or share your precise location to play the Game.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All gameplay state—including your current hardware module level, earned gold credits, unlocked hardware chassis skins (HX-I through HX-IV), daily streak status, and audio/haptic preferences—is stored 100% locally on your device using standard platform storage (SharedPreferences / NSUserDefaults / browser localStorage). Removing the app deletes this local data permanently.

3. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs (Google AdMob)

To keep KLICK free to play, the mobile versions (iOS and Android) integrate Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) (`pub-1138133161333094`) to display optional Rewarded Video Ads (e.g., for revives, boosters, or 2x gold multipliers) and occasional Interstitial/Banner ads (which are disabled for HEXA PRO PASS users).

Identifiers: Google AdMob may access coarse device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS only if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt).
Diagnostics & Ad Performance: AdMob collects aggregated ad impression, click, and crash telemetry to prevent fraud and ensure stability.
Opt-Out & Consent: Users in the EEA/UK/Turkey are presented with GDPR/KVKK consent options and can reset or disable personalized advertising at any time in their iOS or Android system settings.

4. In-App Purchases (Apple App Store & Google Play Billing)

All financial transactions for HEXA PRO PASS or coin packs are processed directly and securely by Apple (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing. We never receive, process, or store your credit card or banking details.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or 16 in applicable jurisdictions). Ad requests are configured to respect age-appropriate content ratings. If you believe any personal information was inadvertently submitted via a support email, contact us immediately and we will purge it.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR & KVKK

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of any data associated with your support inquiries, and to withdraw ad consent at any time.

1. Genel Bakış ve Sıfır Kişisel Veri Toplama İlkesi

HEXA FLUX: Tactile Sort ("Oyun"), SPT Medya / Strong Partners Trading Ltd. tarafından geliştirilmiş ve yayınlanmıştır. KLICK, gizlilik öncelikli mimariyle tasarlanmıştır: Oyunu oynamak için hesap oluşturmanız, adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı girmeniz veya konum paylaşmanız gerekmez.

2. Cihazınızda Yerel Olarak Saklanan Veriler

Mevcut seviyeniz, kazandığınız oyun içi altınlar, açtığınız donanım kasası temaları (HX-I – HX-IV), günlük giriş seriniz ve ses/titreşim tercihleriniz yalnızca kendi cihazınızın yerel hafızasında (SharedPreferences / NSUserDefaults / localStorage) saklanır.

3. Reklam Hizmetleri ve Üçüncü Taraf SDK'lar (Google AdMob)

Oyunun ücretsiz sunulabilmesi amacıyla iOS ve Android sürümlerinde isteğe bağlı Ödüllü Reklamlar (can kurtarma, güçlendiriciler, 2x altın) ve geçiş reklamları için Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) (`pub-1138133161333094`) kullanılmaktadır.

Cihaz Kimlikleri: AdMob, yalnızca izin vermeniz halinde (iOS ATT izni veya Android Reklam Kimliği) reklam gösterim sıklığını yönetmek ve sahteciliği önlemek için anonim reklam tanımlayıcılarını kullanabilir.
Kişiselleştirme Kontrolü: Cihazınızın Ayarlar > Gizlilik menüsünden reklam kişiselleştirmesini istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.

4. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar

HEXA PRO PASS ve altın paketleri dahil tüm satın alma işlemleri doğrudan Apple App Store veya Google Play ödeme altyapısı üzerinden güvenli şekilde gerçekleştirilir; kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgileriniz tarafımızca görülmez ve saklanmaz.

5. KVKK ve GDPR Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği GDPR mevzuatı kapsamında destek e-postaları üzerinden paylaştığınız iletişim verilerine ilişkin bilgi talep etme, düzeltme ve silme haklarına sahipsiniz.
